• All participants must be 18 years or older.
• The defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the payment is received from the winning bidder, unless otherwise stated in the state's lien laws or by the Super Lock Storage.
• Super Lock Storage will collect the cleaning deposit when the successful bidder arrives at the facility to pay for their unit(s). The amount collected for a cleaning deposit is $100 unless otherwise specified by Super Lock Storage on the Auction Details Page. Cleaning deposits are refunded when the unit(s) are completely emptied and broom swept. All unit(s) contents must be removed from the facility premises, and facility dumpsters or trash cans may not be used.
• The bidder will pay Super Lock Storage directly for the units, according to Super Lock Storage terms. The final bid amount will be collected by CREDIT CARD or CASH. If the CLEANING DEPOSIT IS COLLECTED ON A CREDIT CARD, it could take 3-7 days for the credit card payment to be refunded once the unit is cleaned to a swept condition.
• The successful bidder will have specified clean out time from notification that the bid has been accepted to pay for and pick up the property during Super Lock Storage office hours. Access to unit(s) will not be granted until the bidder has paid in full, including any cleaning deposit(s). If bidder fails to pick up the property within the specified time the winning bid amount, internet premium, any applicable sales tax, and the specified cleaning deposit may be charged. If the successful bidder pays for the unit in full but fails to completely remove all of the items from the unit (leaving the unit in a broom swept condition or executing a lease for the rental of the unit), the specified cleaning deposit will be charged.
• Super Lock Storage will collect applicable sales tax on the sales price for all sales unless the successful bidder provides documentation that bidder is exempt from sales tax or your state does not have a sales tax.
• A sale is not deemed "final" until all money due is paid by the high bidder at the auction and received by facility and all property is removed from the unit by the high bidder or a lease is executed for the rental of the unit. Bidder understands and agrees that the owner of the property may redeem property until sale is final. Therefore, the successful bidder might not be able to pay for the unit(s) and take possession of the contents.
• Super Lock Storage does not accept any liability on the goods purchased at the time of the sale. Goods are purchased in an "AS-IS" condition. No guarantees or warranties of any type or kind are expressed or implied with the purchase of any item. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! The bidder will pay Super Lock Storage directly for the units, according to Super Lock Storage terms.
• Super Lock Storage is not responsible for any damage/injury to persons or property that occurs during, after, or as a result of, participating in this sale.
• It is the Buyer's responsibility to immediately return all personal property, papers, photos, legal documents, tax returns, bank statements, yearbooks, etc. to Super Lock Storage for return to tenant in the future.
PICK UP AND DISPOSAL
• Contact Super Lock Storage immediately when you have successfully won the auction to arrange payment for and pick up of the unit contents.
• You must provide a valid Photo I.D. to the Site Manager.
• You are not allowed to use the on-site dumpsters.
• You must bring your own lock to secure the unit until all items have been removed and the unit is cleaned, or you can purchase one from the Site Manager.
• If you would like to rent the unit, the Site Manager can assist you.
• Please advise the manager once you have completely emptied the unit. The manager will inspect that the unit is clean and then refund your cleaning deposit.
• Smoking is prohibited on the property.
• No pets allowed at facility.
• Respect the property, managers, and tenants at all times.
